The Sleeping Dragon Statue is one of many sights to see in Hogwarts Legacy, but it can be challenging to find if players don’t know where to look. While the statue is enormous, it’s easy to miss due to the many twists and turns required to reach it. Located within the Bell Tower Wing at Hogwarts, the Sleeping Dragon Statue rests in the Dungeons beneath the school, hidden away from students and faculty. To find it, seekers of the statue must head for the Bell Tower and follow their path closely.
On their quest to find each Field Guide Page in Hogwarts Legacy’s Bell Tower Wing, players will need to locate the Sleeping Dragon Statue and collect its entry to complete their search. While many likely have passed the statue as they have progressed through the story, it’s important to return to the area to complete the collection and search for any goods that were either missed or previously inaccessible. There are plenty of other treasures awaiting witches and wizards on the path to the Sleeping Dragon Statue as well, including a Field Guide Page and goods within the secret Lycanthropy Room. If players stick to the path, they will find much more than the castle’s Sleeping Dragon.
How To Reach The Sleeping Dragon Statue In Hogwarts Legacy
Players must first Fast Travel to the Bell Tower Wing Courtyard at Hogwarts using Floo Flames.
To locate the Sleeping Dragon Statue, students will first need to head over to the Bell Tower Wing at Hogwarts and begin from the Courtyard. From the location’s Floo Flames point, they must take a left up the stairs and enter the door straight ahead, following a path of seemingly endless staircases in Hogwarts Legacy. Past the door at the top of the stairs, players should follow the staircases down and pass through another door on their right. Next, they will need to take a left at the ornate tapestry embroidered with a large “K,” the location of the secret Lycanthropy Room, which can be entered using the Disillusionment Charm. This room contains an additional Field Guide Page as well as items, so it’s best to explore the area when possible.
From the tapestry, players will need to continue to follow the stairs down. At this point, they should see an area displayed with an armored horse and two knights on either side. From there, they will need to take one last left to reach the Sleeping Dragon Statue.
Upon reaching the Sleeping Dragon, which rests in an area resembling the Hufflepuff Stairs in Hogwarts Legacy, players should cast Revelio to scan the area for any Field Guide Pages or items, including the page for the statue itself.
