According to Distractify, it is possible that Larry had a second bariatric procedure, similar to many My 600-Lb Life alums, and was placed on a liquid diet after the operation. :

Larry is now seeking more from life than a slimmer physique. As per Realitytitbit, he has leveraged his fame, using his platform to try new things. The My 600-lb Life star reportedly became a musician. In his music career, he is believed to use the stage name, “Buttermilk Biscuits.” Larry’s unusual moniker sets him apart, and it was chosen after he went viral for eating biscuits from a popular chicken restaurant, and singing “buttermilk biscuits” as he enjoyed them. At this point in time, My 600-lb Life alum Larry‘s singing career may not come as a huge shock to many My 600-lb Life fans, as Larry has always spoken about his passion for music. One of his releases is a song called, “Lord I Thank You,” which honors his faith.
My 600-lb Life alum Larry isn’t very active on social media, although he does occasionally update his Instagram with reminders of his time spent on the show. His Facebook page also reveals that Larry has been working as a motivational weight loss speaker since 2016.
