The newest Wordle is available to solve and today’s answer shouldn’t be too difficult for most. Here are the daily hints, and fully spoiled answer.

The September 4th Wordle is here and fans of the game should be able to easily solve it despite its one deceptive trick. There are always ways to make the game harder for players, one being the built-in Hard Mode that requires players to use hints in each subsequent answer. This stops some from using two-word combinations to simply see a bunch of letters all at once.

The other popular way to play a harder game is to try the increasing challenges provided by Wordle copycats. Games like Squabble or Quordle provide the same type of gameplay with changes that provide increased difficulty.

Today’s Wordle Answer (September 4th #807)

Wordle September 3 Answer

The September 4th Wordle answer is GIDDY.

For our starting Wordle word we used IRATE which provided only a single misplaced ‘I’ and not much else. Moving that around a bit our second guess was PINKS. This locked in the ‘I’ and provided us with a lot more incorrect letters. Our immediate assumption was that this word probably ends with a ‘Y’ and we were proven correct with our third guess, FILMY.

Moving forward, we tried WIGGY as our fourth word since most likely we were going to find a double-letter in between the vowels. This only provided a ‘G’, so we moved it to the front and scored our Wordle win-in-five with GIDDY. Another game down and a successful start to the new month.

    Summary:
Wordle is a web-based word-guessing game developed by Josh Wardle that took the world by storm in 2021. Players are given a five-letter word to guess and have six attempts to get the word correct. When they get a letter correct, it will mark itself as green if it’s in the correct position and yellow if it is the correct letter in the wrong position. A yellow letter also means that letter could appear more than once. Wordle was purchased by The New York Times Company in 2022 and added to their website and app, keeping the core game free to play as promised – with additional words and other bonuses available through subscription, and is available via browser, iOS, and Android.
