Amid all the rumors circulating about who will be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in upcoming seasons, actress Nicollette Sheridan teased that Bravo producers are asking her to join the cast. The star, who is known for famously playing Edie Britt on the drama Desperate Housewives, could potentially be a good fit for the show. The character that she embodied for multiple seasons on Desperate Housewives would fit in seamlessly with the women of RHOBH. This news comes on the heels of Lisa Rinna’s Bravo departure after RHOBH season 12.
Nicollette shared a tweet that said, “Knocking at my door…how desperate are ya’ll to have me?” The 59-year-old actress mentioned Bravo and Andy Cohen in the tweet, tagging them and adding the “#RHOBH” hashtag at the end.
Nicollette then replied to her own tweet with a GIF of Jack Nicholson from The Shining knocking on a door as his character Jack Torrance. Nicollette also included a poll in the original tweet with the options “Desperate?” and “Not desperate?” As of this writing, the first option was winning by a landslide, with over 60% of the vote.
Nicolette Sheridan Has Been Married To Real Housewives Husbands
The actress could be an interesting addition to RHOBH, as she does have some ties to some of the other women who are currently a part of the cast. According to Page Six, Nicollette was previously married to Lisa’s husband Harry Hamlin from 1991 to 1992. Then from 2015 to 2018, she was married to Denise Richards’ current husband Aaron Phypers as well. Based on that poll, there seems to be some excitement at the idea of Nicollette possibly joining the cast. It would have been interesting if she had been cast while Lisa was still a part of RHOBH to get the maximum amount of drama.
While Bravo has yet to comment on Nicollette’s claim, there’s no denying she would make a great addition. The current confirmed cast includes Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Kathy Hilton, and Sheree Zampino. With the departures of Lisa and Diana Jenkins, speculation has run rampant over who will replace them. Lisa was known for not being afraid to step up to the plate and be a part of the drama, so hopefully whoever ends up joining RHOBH is prepared to fill that role. However, some of the women, like Kyle, expressed they don’t want RHOBH to continue with the negativity.
Some of the women have confirmed that RHOBH season 13 has started filming. Everyone involved with RHOBH has done a great job at hiding any new additions, if there even are any so far. Nicollette seems like the kind of woman who could definitely enhance The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and jump in and be a part of the drama. As Lisa said before, there is a job to be done when joining a Bravo show, and everyone knows Nicollette acted the part on Desperate Housewives before, so she could certainly do it now.
