Zora Armor returns once again for players to find in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom. Zora Armor has appeared across many of Link’s adventures and once again gives players help when swimming. Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom provides players with a vast expansive world to explore, and the Zora Armor plays a considerable part in this. Once equipped, the Zora Armor allows players to swim upstream in waterfalls.
The Armor opens up new routes and shortcuts and provides access to previously hidden areas meaning players should add this to their inventory as soon as possible. It is also helpful to have the Zora Armor for combat to preserve hearts in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, as it is one of the strongest armors in the game, which can help players when facing the strongest enemies.
How To Get The Zora Armor
Players can gain the powerful item through the main quest, ‘The Sidon of the Zora.’ Shortly after completing The Sludge-Covered Statue quest, Yona will give players the Restoring The Zora Armor quest. She advises that players can get back the Zora Armor from Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but it needs to be repaired. To do this, players must find Ancient Arowana and return them to Yona. She advises players to speak to the blacksmith for advice on where to find one, but this step is optional. If players are lucky, they may already have some in their inventory, as they can be found in multiple locations that have been previously explored. However, if players don’t have any, there is no need to worry, as there are several locations where they can find groups of Ancient Arowana.
The closest locations are Shatterback Point, Mipha, and Zelda TOTK‘s Sky Islands, where the Ancient Arowana can be found in the water.
Players just need to catch one and return it to Yona, where she will give players the Zora Armor, which can then be equipped immediately.
How To Get The Zora Greaves and Zora Helm
In addition to the main piece of armor, there are two further parts of the Zora Armor set, the Zora Greaves and Zora Helm, which can be obtained by completing side quests. The Zora Helm can be gained by completing the Never-Ending Lecture quest, where the item can be found on Floating Scales Island. The Zora Greaves can be found in the A Token Of Friendship quest in the Ancient Zora Waterworks area.
Zora Armor has been a vital piece of equipment for Link across the franchise, which continues in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom. Players can easily obtain Zora Armor in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom by completing the main quest Restoring The Zora Armor granting them the item to help with combat and exploration.
