Genshin Impact 3.7’s many events will be a great opportunity for players to gather resources as they participate in new and returning challenges. With the abundance of Primogems in the upcoming events, players can use them to pull from the Genshin Impact 3.7 character banners or save them for when Fontaine and its region-exclusive heroes finally arrive later this year. Of course, the events are not only a source of Primogems, but also other leveling materials that can help with multiple character and weapon upgrades.

Additionally, one of the events in Genshin Impact 3.7 will offer players a new F2P (free-to-play) weapon. As revealed by previous leaks and now confirmed by HoYoverse, Genshin Impact’s Ibis Piercer 4-star bow will make its debut in the game. It will, however, be obtainable for a limited time only, so those that are interested in getting it and its refinement materials will need to complete the correct event in due time.

Kaveh Will Have A Hangout Event In Genshin Impact 3.7

One of the simplest events added with Genshin Impact 3.7 will be Kaveh’s Hangout Event. With it, players are going to be able to participate in a few adventures alongside Alhaitham’s roommate and Sumeru’s renowned architect. This will be an opportunity for them to better understand Kaveh and his history, as well as a chance to get rewards for each of the paths completed within the branching questline. Rewards for Hangout Events usually include Primogems and the upcoming one with Kaveh should be no different.

King Of Invokations Grand Prix Event Is The Heart Of Genshin Impact 3.7

A collage of the four mini-game modes in Genshin Impact 3.7's King of Invokations Grand Prix event. The first one in the upper left corner shows the male Traveler gliding in Inazuma. The second one, in the upper right corner shows a series of cards from the Genius Invokation TCG mode. The third, in the bottom left shows gears lined up on four tiles. The last one, in the bottom right corner shows the male Traveler fighting against different opponents.

The card game Genius Invokation TCG will be at the center of Genshin Impact 3.7’s events with the international tournament called the “King of Invokations Grand Prix.” This is the version’s main event and will feature a complete storyline that will finally introduce Genshin Impact’s Charlotte character. For now, she is an NPC from Fontaine that visits the current regions of Teyvat to cover the competition and investigate a lead, which will be pursued with the help of the Traveler. Like with most events of this type, quests should gradually unlock as the story progresses.

Aside from the main storyline, this Genshin Impact 3.7 event will also have a total of four associated mini-games, which are the main source of rewards, including Primogems. The first one is known as “A Tour of Wonders” and sees players completing short challenges to obtain commemorative stamps. These challenges can either be combat trials against monsters or navigating a short obstacle course. Each commemorative stamp represents one region of Teyvat, so it is likely there will be a total of four challenges since there are currently four available nations.

Another mini-game in the “King of Invokations Grand Prix” event is “Zero Hour Invokation.” This is an unofficial Genius Invokation TCG tournament, which features a special ruleset to follow. In this part of the Genshin Impact 3.7 event, players will not be able to use their own decks and will instead have to build decks with the cards provided by the organizers. This is an alternative TCG mode that is meant to test a player’s familiarity with the gameplay system, as well as give them a look into the big new Genius Invokation additions.

The Grand Prix will see the return of Fontaine’s mechanical paintings with the “Evermotion Mechanical Painting” mini-game. Despite being a mini-game that was previously featured in the game, it comes with changes as part of Genshin Impact 3.7’s events. Players will have to swap tiles and then install gears to make the mechanical painting functional. The paintings featured in the upcoming version’s mini-game will suitably be based on Genius Invokation TCG cards.

The fourth and last mini-game made available in the “King of Invokations Grand Prix” event will be “Heart of the Dice.” This is a combat game mode that will see players facing off groups of opponents and obtaining randomized elemental dice. These dice can then be consumed mid-battle to unleash Suppressive Rolls, which are accompanied by a powerful elemental shockwave and potential buffs for the team. The more dice that match the active character, the stronger the shockwave damage against enemies will be and players will get better chances of obtaining buffs.

“King of Invokations Grand Prix” is Genshin Impact 3.7’s largest event and will, correspondingly, be the largest source of rewards in the upcoming version. By playing through its campaign and the mini-games, players can get Primogems, Crown of Insight, Character Ascension Materials, Talent Level-Up Materials, Weapon Enhancement Materials, Mystic Enhancement Ore, Character EXP Materials, and Mora. It is also the source of the Ibis Piercer bow, as well as its refinement materials, Congealed Pupa Wax. This will be the only way of obtaining the weapon and its upgrade materials, as the means of getting them will be removed at the end of the event.

HoYoverse’s recommendation is that players complete the “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises,” “Astrolabs Chapter: Act 1,” and “Imperatrix Umbrosa Chapter: Act 2” quests to have the best experience. For reference, the first one is the last in the Sumeru Archon questline, while the second is Mona’s quest. The last mentioned quest is the second in Raiden Shogun’s exclusive storyline. The developer does not mention if the lack of their completion blocks progress in the Genshin Impact 3.7 event, but if the quests have been started and the main characters are otherwise occupied, players may have to take sidesteps into finishing the quests before starting the event.

Genius Invokation TCG Gets A Major Update In Genshin Impact 3.7

As the star of the update, Genius Invokation TCG is getting a large update in the upcoming version. While this is not directly related to any Genshin Impact 3.7 events other than “King of Invokations Grand Prix,” it will notably feature new game modes that may be used and adapted moving forward. Genius Invokation TCG will get new cards, including Monster cards, Action cards, and Character cards – Character cards featuring all four current Archons are included in the patch.

The new PvP mode added with Genshin Impact 3.7’s Genius Invokation TCG update is called “Arena of Champions.” The goal is to accumulate five victories against other Travelers. Players will have a threshold of three defeats – losing three times means they need to restart the challenge. The PvE mode is called “The Forge Realm’s Temper” and will be customizable with difficulty options, and conditions that serve as point multipliers.

Genshin Impact 3.7 Events Feature The Return Of Divine Ingenuity

Another big event in Genshin Impact 3.7 is “Divine Ingenuity: Collector’s Chapter.” This is a returning event and is known by the community as the Mario Maker mode since it allows players to create and share their own Domains, as well as challenge those made by other Travelers. Aside from the construction mode itself, Divine Ingenuity will have pre-made Domains that showcase mechanics, giving players ideas on how they can customize their creations.

In total, there are five challenges. The first of them will require the use of Mechanicus to defend a Monolith, while the second is a simple coin collector mode while running an obstacle course. The third mode in the Genshin Impact 3.7 event has players explore various areas and collect Artificer Coins, that are used to buy buffs for the team. The fourth mode has players collect coins while they try to keep the team alive amidst enemy combatants, and the fifth and final mode has a Buff Bestower that needs to be destroyed before fighting off opponents.

“Divine Ingenuity: Collector’s Chapter” will have a coop mode and will be a great source of rewards. By participating in its challenges, players can get Primogems, Talent Level-Up Materials, Weapon Enhancement Materials, Mystic Enhancement Ore, and Mora.

Genshin Impact 3.7 Has Two Combat-Focused Events

Genshin Impact Thunder Manifestation Boss

Aside from the creative and imaginative modes, Genshin Impact 3.7 events also feature combat modes. The first one is “Feast of the Departed Warriors,” which is a challenge event against three boss-like opponents: Thunder Manifestation, Aeonblight Drake, and Bathysmal Vishap Herd. There is a fourth stage that requires the defeat of all three boss encounters. The goal is to get high scores in each stage, which influences the rewards. Before each fight, players can choose conditions, which serve as point multipliers. Primogems, Talent Level-Up Materials, Sanctifying Unction, Mystic Enhancement Ore, Character EXP Materials, and Mora are among the prizes that can be obtained from it.

The last Genshin Impact 3.7 event also focuses on combat. “Fayz Trials: Hypothesis” is a returning game mode but with a few changes. Players will have to defeat enemies to get Fayz Tinctures and, when enough have been gathered, players can use the Supersense Skill to identify opponents’ weaknesses and deal a strong hit against their weak spots. This game mode requires the use of specific Trial characters in each stage, so it will not be possible to build a customized team.

By participating in “Fayz Trials: Hypothesis,” players can get Primogems, Character Ascension Materials, Weapon Enhancement Materials, Mystic Enhancement Ore, Character EXP Materials, and Mora. There are many events in Genshin Impact 3.7 for players to participate in and gather resources as the game slowly makes its way toward Fontaine, which is due to arrive within only a few months.
