After winning the Big Brother 25 Pressure Cooker competition, week 4 Head of Household (HOH) Cameron Hardin has nominated Jag Bains and Blue Kim for eviction. Cameron won the Pressure Cooker competition after an incredible 13 hours and 50 minutes of holding his button, with America Lopez placing second. He’d been nominated for eviction twice in the last two weeks, but both times he was a pawn to help evict the real targets, Reilly Smedley and Hisam Goueli.
The Big Brother 25 live feeds revealed that Cameron nominated Jag and Blue for eviction. He made a deal with America in the Pressure Cooker to keep her safe, and vowed to honor it. Cameron wants to shake up the house, and create a new alliance that includes himself, America, his closest ally Red Utley, Matt Klotz, Bowie Jane, and Cory Wurtenberger, people Cameron feels are treated as expendable to their current alliances. Cameron began the game in an alliance called the Handful with Reilly, Jag, Blue, and Matt. However, it then appeared that he would join the opposing Professors alliance. As for a replacement nominee, Izzy Gleicher has been mentioned.
How The Big Brother 25 Power Of Invincibility Could Ruin Cameron Hardin’s HOH
Cameron’s HOH could be affected by the winner of the new Power of Invincibility. From August 24 to August 28, America can vote for the houseguests they’d like to have a chance to compete for the Power of Invincibility, which allows a player to save one of the next two evicted houseguests during either the August 31 or September 7 evictions. The four houseguests with the most votes will compete individually and secretly. If the power isn’t used in one of those evictions, it goes away forever. If Cameron’s target or one of their allies wins the power, then they won’t be going home this week.
Cameron has gone from being an expendable pawn on the chopping block in two evictions to winning the Pressure Cooker, one of the longest and most challenging competitions in Big Brother history. Both weeks, the houseguests considered evicting him instead of the intended target, so Cameron knows that he must take control of the situation if he wants to stay in the game. The self-described Space Cowboy has turned things around and is currently playing a very impressive game.
The Power of Invincibility could ruin Cameron’s plans, but it’s a more fair America’s Vote than some from the past. Instead of simply handing a power to someone because of a fan vote, the houseguests must compete for it, which at least makes it harder for them to win. As fans watch the live feeds, they could rally to try to help the nominees Jag or Blue win the power, or to they could vote for Cameron, to allow him to keep his hard-earned HOH power for the week. Whatever happens, Big Brother 25 week 4 will continue to be a wild ride.
Big Brother airs Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EDT and Thursdays at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
