As reported by InTouch, Amanda was arrested for allegedly attacking a woman named Kayla Patton with a baseball bat. The incident took place in Bay County, Florida. Amanda and a man named Jeremiah allegedly drove up to the woman and “repeatedly and intentionally struck” Kayla with her hands while wrestling her to the ground. This caused abrasions on Kayla’s left knee and both elbows. There was also redness and bleeding, as per a court affidavit reported on 12 October 2010.
Amanda Was Charged With General Battery In 2010
“Amanda said she had been in a fight with Kayla but that she was just defending herself. It became clear at this time a crime had been committed,” read the incident report. Amanda claimed she and Jeremiah were driving home but happened to stop by Kayla’s house to “make amends” for a bad situation that had taken place between them. Amanda stated that she had seen Kayla and a different woman named Kristine walking down the road several blocks up from their house. She said Kayla had a red baseball bat in her hand.
She also mentioned she had tried to defend herself because Kayla allegedly tried to attack her first by hitting her on the knee with the bat in the driveway of Kayla’s house. “Amanda then stated that she did not see the baseball bat at first,” the report further specified. Amanda was only 19 years old in 2010. It was around the same time that she also met her now-late husband Jason. Amanda and Jason were taken to jail for booking. The reporting officer took digital pictures of Kayla’s injuries for evidence. The teenage Amanda was required to complete community service and take an anger management course.
Amanda has not spoken about her past on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days apart from the information she revealed about Jason’s sudden death. Amanda and Jason’s relationship has also come under scrutiny because of the large age gap they have between them. When it comes to Razvan, it appears Amanda is not together with Razvan after filming ended. Amanda started having second thoughts about Razvan when he told her he had applied for a U.S. visa and that he wanted more kids. Amanda was recently linked to fellow TikToker Cody Alves.
